As part of the migration to the My VMware portal, we are asking all Partners to enter an "Entitlement Account" (EA) number on all purchase orders for existing customers. If your customer has transacted with VMware before, they will have an EA number and can find it by logging on to the My VMware portal. In the event that you do not receive an EA number from your customer, you can use the Partner EA Lookup Tool to search for your customer's correct EA number.
