ESX Server March patches
The March patch releases for ESX Server 3.0.x are now available. The release includes both Critical Patches and Security Patches. Update patches for ESX Server 2.5.3 and 2.5.4 are also available.

The March patch releases for ESX Server 3.0.x are now available. The release includes both Critical Patches and Security Patches. Update patches for ESX Server 2.5.3 and 2.5.4 are also available.
New pre-release builds are now available for download: VMware ACE 2.0 Beta, VMware Player 2.0 Beta, VMware Workstation 6.0 Release Candidate.
New white papers are available: SAN System Design and Deployment Guide, VirtualCenter Monitoring and Performance Statistics, and VirtualCenter 2.x: Using Database Views
This month's patch set for ESX Server 3.0.x is now available, including several Security Patches and one Critical Patch for ESX Server 3.0.1. This patch adds support for Microsoft Clustering Server (MSCS) with Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and R2 Guest Operating Systems (KB 2021).
The ACE 2 Enterprise Edition beta is now available. New features of this release include an ACE Management Server, support for Linux hosts, Workstation integration, and Pocket ACE, which allows deployment of a secured virtual machine on a USB storage device. A second beta release of VMware's product for the Mac, code-named "Fusion", is now available. Changes include experimental 3D support and single snapshot functionality. New patches have been released. Update patches for ESX Server 2.5.4, 2.5.3, 2.1.3, and 2.0.2 address both functionality and security issues. VirtualCenter 2.0.1 Patch 2 improves licensing handling and addresses several issues, including database performance.
