ESX Server Patches Available
The January patches for ESX Server include a set of general patch bundles for ESX Server 3.0.0 and 3.0.1, upgrade patches for ESX Server 2.5.3 and 2.5.4, and the Driver Disk RPM for QLogic 4G Fibre Channel HBAs.

A good place to start is the Knowledge Base. I searched for "Daylight Savings Time" and came up with http://kb.vmware.com/kb/8695824, which talks about what patch/build you should be on to know about this Daylight Savings Time change.
