Day 2 at VMworld 2012 began once again with a great General Session, giving us some insights into the new VMware Horizon Suite our integrated platform for the mobile, multi-device workspace.

From there, the crowds headed straight over to the Solutions Exchange. Attendees seemed to really get their groove going today. Yesterday, being the first day, I think everyone was just getting the lay of the land and catching up with old friends. Today, it was down to business, and the VMware booths and Expert Bar were as busy as ever (watch for KBTV video soon on this).

The length of the lineups at the Expert Bar tell you what’s popular, and this year the VMware View guys are super busy, as are the licensing experts. The experts have these mini white boards in front of them on a swivel. Customers step right up and start drawing their question, and the experts add their scribbles and notes collaboratively. You can see how well this activity works in the eyes and smiles of every customer when they wrap up. It’s such a positive vibe!
